Returns and exchanges

We want every purchase at BOBRAND to bring you only satisfaction. If, for any reason, the item does not suit you, you can use your right to exchange or return it within 14 days from the moment you receive your order.

Conditions for returning goods of proper quality

You can return or exchange goods of proper quality if they do not suit you in terms of shape, dimensions, style, color, or size. Exchange and return are possible only if:

• The item has not been used and has no signs of use, such as stains, perfume smells, scratches, or scuffs;
• The full set and integrity of the original packaging are preserved;
• All labels, tags, and factory markings remain in place;
• The item has preserved its original marketable appearance and consumer properties.

Goods that cannot be returned

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172, goods of proper quality that cannot be exchanged or returned include:

• Underwear worn next to the body, such as tops and briefs;
• Nightgowns and pajamas, if they belong to the underwear category;
• Hosiery products.

We always try to meet our customers halfway. If you are unsure whether the item you have chosen is eligible for return, please consult our manager before making a purchase.

Procedure and delivery payment

• Who pays for delivery: Return delivery of goods of proper quality is paid by the buyer or by agreement. If a manufacturing defect is found, delivery is paid by the company.
• Refund period: After receiving and checking the item for compliance with the return conditions, we refund the money to your account within 1–7 business days.
