Agreement for ordering, purchase and sale, and delivery of goods (Public offer) This agreement is an official and public offer by the Seller to enter into a purchase and sale agreement for the Goods presented on the website [https://bobrand.fashion/en/](https://bobrand.fashion/en/). This agreement is public, meaning that, in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, its terms are the same for all buyers. By entering into this Agreement, the Buyer fully accepts the terms and procedure for placing an order, payment, delivery, and return of goods. The Agreement is considered concluded from the moment the “Confirm Order” button is clicked in the Cart and the Buyer receives an electronic order confirmation.

1. Definition of terms

1.1. Public offer — the Seller’s offer to enter into a purchase and sale agreement for goods remotely. 1.2. Goods or Service — the object of the transaction selected by the Buyer on the Online Store website. 1.3. Online Store — the Seller’s website at [https://bobrand.fashion/en/](https://bobrand.fashion/en/). 1.4. Buyer — a legally capable individual aged 18 or older, a legal entity, or an individual entrepreneur placing an order on the website. 1.5. Seller — Individual Entrepreneur Bukhtiiarova Olha Leonidivna, taxpayer registration number 3223115781.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the Goods into the ownership of the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Goods under the terms of this Agreement.

3. Placing an Order

3.1. The Buyer places an order independently through the Cart, by email, or via the contact phone number. 3.2. When placing an order, the Buyer provides their full name, delivery address, contact phone number, and taxpayer registration number for legal entities or individual entrepreneurs. 3.3. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. By entering into the Agreement, the Buyer consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

4. Price and Delivery of Goods

4.1. Prices are indicated in Ukrainian hryvnias. The delivery cost is not included in the price of the goods and is paid by the Buyer separately according to the carrier’s rates. 4.2. Ownership and risks pass to the Buyer at the moment of actual receipt of the goods or transfer of the goods to the delivery service.

5. Rights and obligations of the Parties

5.1. The Seller is obliged to transfer the goods according to the order and not to disclose the Buyer’s private information. 5.2. The Buyer is obliged to review the terms of the agreement and to pay for and collect the order on time.

6. Return of Goods

6.1. The Buyer has the right to return non-food goods of proper quality within 14 days, provided that their marketable condition, packaging, and receipts are preserved. 6.2. Important: According to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172, such goods as pajamas, tops, and underwear of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange. 6.3. Refunds are made by bank transfer within 30 calendar days from the moment the Seller receives the goods.

7. Privacy

7.1. By providing data on the website, the Buyer consents to its processing for the purpose of fulfilling the order and carrying out mutual settlements.

8. Seller’s details
